Rule #1

Pick the provider that matches the export source of your file. If your source is not listed, use Open Import and map your data to the template columns.

  • Tax-deductible/check/refund behavior
  • Whether Open Import-style template download is available

If Your Source Is Not Listed

Use Open Import:
  1. Download the template from Setup.
  2. Move your source columns into the template structure.
  3. Upload and continue with normal giving flow.
