Product Access

Access is tied to active subscriptions for product areas:

If you try to start an import without an active product subscription, Port redirects you to billing with an explanatory error.

Billing alone is not enough. You must also have an active Planning Center OAuth connection for import workflows.

Plan names and pricing are displayed directly in the Billing screen and may change over time. Always treat the in-app values as source of truth.
