What Is Cached

A row links:
  • External reference ID
  • Planning Center person ID
  • Person name
  • Last update time
These references are reused across imports to avoid re-matching the same source reference every time.

Delete Behavior

Delete is executed by personID for your organization. That means removing a row clears cached matching for that person ID in your org, and future imports for those references must be matched again.

When to Delete a Match

  • A source reference was matched to the wrong person
  • A person merge/restructure in Planning Center requires rematching
  • You need Port to re-run matching logic on next import
