# Settings: Jobs

> Batch history for giving, groups, notes, and pledges

Jobs shows batch history tables for each import type.

## Tables on This Page

* Giving
* Group
* Note
* Pledge

Each row includes filename, row count, status, and last updated date.

## Giving-Specific Refund Column

In Giving history:

* If a batch has manual refunds, the row shows a **Download** link for the refunds CSV.
* If not, the row shows `processed`.

## Status Links

Statuses that are not final are clickable and route you back to the import workflow.

Non-clickable final statuses:

* `completed`
* `failed`
* `cancelled`

Other in-progress statuses can include values such as `editing`, `pending`, `processing`, `committing`, `committed`, `refunding`, and `cancelling`.
