Use this guide when your giving export source is Open Import.

## Import Behavior

* Header matching is case-insensitive.
* Unrecognized columns are ignored by the parser.
* Setup includes a Remote ID toggle for this provider using the column "Remote ID".
* A provider template download is available in Setup.
* Matching-relevant columns present in this parser: Email First Name Last Name Phone Remote ID person id.
* Open Import includes a downloadable template in Setup and is the fallback parser for unsupported sources.
