# Billing and Plans

> How billing gates import features in Port

Port checks subscription status before starting import workflows.

## Product Access

Access is tied to active subscriptions for product areas:

* Giving
* Groups
* Notes
* Pledges
* Everything Bundle

## Where To Manage Billing

* **Onboarding:** billing is part of initial setup.
* **Settings > Billing:** view and manage plans after onboarding.

## How Access Is Enforced

If you try to start an import without an active product subscription, Port redirects you to billing with an explanatory error.

## Planning Center Dependency

Billing alone is not enough. You must also have an active Planning Center OAuth connection for import workflows.

## Plan and Price Changes

Plan names and pricing are displayed directly in the Billing screen and may change over time. Always treat the in-app values as source of truth.
